Sunday 11/29/09Location: Warner/ PCH to Huntington Beach PierRunning at the beach is always great when you are running with friends! I met up this morning with a group of fantastic triathletes I am proud to call friends. I also brought along my friend Randy who is new to long distance running but doing fantastic!
It was 46 degrees when I left my house and I thought it was going to be a miserable cold run. But it turned out to be quite the opposite. The sun was shining and I had to remove my under layer of clothing.
We ran to the pier and back and I reset my Garmin for each 5.18 miles. I ran my first 5 pushing it a little – and easy back
